QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT
Q.A. management is a fundamental requirement for any business. It provides
a solid / common platform of quality build to be achieved every time.
Our systems include:
- time management
- materials management & logistics
- build schedules
- craftsmanship, and
- finishing.
At every stage of production, prior to release to next
phase, all produced components follow an "authorised to proceed"
review, which is signed off by our Factory Manager. Documents used are
as follows:
- Production / contractor orders are issued to all
contractors
- Laminating of ships records
- Overall completion QA checklist
- Water testing is completed on each vessel for approximately
three hours to ensure 100% delivery and functionality.
